Buying on Preloved Uniforms
Simple. Search for what you need (filter by school, size, or category), add it to your cart, and pay securely through our platform. Once payment clears, the seller is notified, and we book the courier. Your item is delivered to your door.
Sellers must upload clear photos and describe the item honestly, including any wear, marks, or damage. If you receive an item that doesn't match the description, you're protected by our refund policy.
Items are sold online only. Sellers are required to upload multiple photos and provide accurate details, including the size, condition, and any wear or marks. Look closely at the photos and read the full description before buying. If something isn't clear or you need more info about a listing, WhatsApp our team, and we'll check with the seller for you. We do not share seller contact details directly. This protects everyone's privacy and ensures every transaction is safely tracked through our platform.
Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days through our courier partner BobGo. You'll receive a tracking link once the courier collects from the seller.
Yes. Once your item is collected, you'll get a tracking link from BobGo. You can also find it in your account under "My Orders."
You can cancel an order before the seller ships it. Once it's been collected by the courier, the order cannot be cancelled, but you can request a refund if the item arrives faulty or wrongly described.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for sizing issues if the seller described the item correctly. Please check the size carefully before buying. If the size is different from what was listed, you're protected.
Selling on Preloved Uniforms
Create a free seller account, verify your details, click Start Selling, choose whether you're listing a uniform or a book, upload clear photos, add a short description, and set your price. Listing takes about 2 minutes.

You keep 80% of every successful sale. We keep 20% to cover payment processing, courier coordination, customer service, marketing, refund protection, and platform costs.
A good rule: charge 30%–60% of the original price depending on condition. Newer items in great condition can go higher. Look at similar items on the platform for guidance.
Use natural daylight, lay the item flat or hang it neatly, take photos from the front and back, and add close-ups of any wear or marks. Clear, honest photos sell faster.
You're paid out once the buyer confirms the item arrived as described. Most payouts happen within 5–7 business days of delivery.
We do. Once a buyer pays for your item, we book the courier, and they collect from your address at a time that works for you. You don't need to drop off anywhere.
Yes, please pack your item securely in a clean bag or box before the courier arrives. Use bubble wrap or paper for books. Folded uniforms in a sealed plastic or fabric bag are fine.
Yes, anytime as long as the item hasn't been paid for by a buyer. Just go to "My Listings" in your account.
Listings stay live until they sell or you remove them. We recommend refreshing photos and descriptions every few weeks if your item hasn't sold.
Every seller verifies their email and South African phone number before listing. Add detail here once your verification process is finalised, e.g., ID check, first listing manual review.
Payments & Refunds
Buyers pay through our secure payment platform. Your money is held safely until the buyer confirms the item arrived as described. Once confirmed, payment is released to the seller.

Yes, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or doesn't match the seller's description. You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item. Refunds are not issued for sizing or buyer's regret if the seller described the item accurately.
Email info@preloveduniforms.co.za or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
If the seller hasn't packed and shipped within 5 business days, your order is cancelled, and you get a full refund automatically.
Delivery & Courier
We deliver across all 9 South African provinces through our courier partner BobGo.
Currently all orders go through our courier system for safety and tracking. We do not offer face-to-face collection.
If BobGo confirms the parcel is lost in transit, you'll receive a full refund. Contact us with your order number and tracking link.
Not at this stage. We deliver within South Africa only.
